What we will and will not claim.
Scientific independence
Programs are selected on scientific merit and health need. Commercial activity is structured separately from scientific activity.
Substantiation
Every quantitative claim, affiliation, and outcome statement on any NGB surface traces to a document on file. Where we cannot substantiate a figure, we do not publish it.
Language discipline
We distinguish clearly between a concept, an active discussion, an expression of interest, and a formal commitment. We do not describe exploratory conversations as partnerships.
Ethics and data governance
Human research is conducted under institutional review board oversight. Data governance, consent frameworks, and clinical governance are established before programs begin.
Environmental responsibility
We account for the environmental impact of the programs and facilities we build, and we report it alongside health outcomes.
Structure & independence
A nonprofit by design, not by accident.
NGB is organized as a nonprofit. There are no shareholders and no distribution of profits. Any surplus is reinvested into the mission. This is a structural commitment, not a statement of intent — it determines which programs we can pursue and on what basis we choose them.
