Private accommodations, discreet scheduling, individual programming, and limited simultaneous attendance support a highly personal experience.
200+ Private Acres

Controlled-Access Setting
Private sessions, discreet arrivals, careful scheduling, and separation from public activity and everyday pressures.

Private Individual Care Model
The planned maximum simultaneous attendance supports privacy, flexibility, individualized programming, and personal attention.

A private environment designed around discretion
The campus is intended to provide physical separation, controlled access, confidential coordination, and enough space for guests to focus on health and recovery without unnecessary exposure.
Limited capacity supports a more personal experience.
Each guest has separate private quarters, an individualized program, no interaction with other guests, and full identity confidentiality. The property accommodates no more than five guests at any time.
Our organization actively engages with leading international scientific and wellness communities to remain connected with advances in longevity science, regenerative science, cellular biology, healthy aging, recovery, and whole-person wellbeing. NGB also participates in professional and scientific networks that support scientific exchange, education, ethical standards, and responsible innovation.
Functional Recovery
Strength, balance, mobility, physical capacity, and practical goals for returning to an active and sustainable daily life.
Functional Recovery
Functional recovery focuses on strength, balance, mobility, physical capacity, and confidence in everyday activity.
Functional recovery and continued activity
Participants may be considered following periods of reduced activity, physical deconditioning, lifestyle disruption, or other circumstances affecting mobility and everyday function. An individualized review will help establish appropriate goals, activities, and program intensity.
Movement, mobility, strength, balance, restorative activity, and daily routines may be adapted to the participant’s abilities and progress. Before departure, an individualized plan will support continued activity, healthy routines, and appropriate follow-up at home.
Addiction Recovery
Individualized recovery pathways focused on healthy routines, resilience, relapse prevention, and sustainable long-term recovery.
Addiction Recovery and Renewal
Seeking recovery deserves privacy, compassion, structure, and sustained support. The Center provides a highly private environment for individuals seeking to move away from alcohol or substance use and establish healthier, more sustainable patterns of living.
Recovery pathways and continuing support
Each recovery pathway is individualized around the participant’s history, circumstances, personal goals, existing support system, and long-term recovery needs.
Programs may incorporate structured daily routines, recovery education, personal accountability, mindfulness, stress reduction, nutrition, restorative sleep, physical activity, time in nature, emotional resilience, and development of healthy lifestyle patterns. Family members or trusted supporters may participate when appropriate and desired by the participant.
The residential environment is designed to provide distance from everyday pressures and environments associated with substance use while supporting stability, healthy routines, personal reflection, and sustainable change.
Individual progress, personal goals, challenges, coping strategies, and continuing-recovery needs are reviewed throughout the stay.
Before departure, each participant develops an individualized continuing-recovery plan focused on relapse prevention, supportive routines, community resources, personal accountability, healthy lifestyle practices, and appropriate outside support after returning home.
Regenerative Science
Exploration of regenerative science, longevity innovation, and emerging approaches relevant to healthy aging and whole-person wellbeing.
Regenerative Science and Whole-Person Wellbeing
NGB’s professional network supports awareness and evaluation of developments in regenerative science, biotechnology, longevity research, cellular science, and healthy aging.
Longevity science and daily wellbeing
Emerging approaches are considered in relation to available scientific evidence, individual goals, responsible use, and their relevance to longevity and wellbeing.
Personalized nutrition, metabolic wellbeing, sleep, emotional balance, stress management, movement, and sustainable physical activity form part of the wider program. Recommendations are shaped around individual preferences, circumstances, and long-term goals.
A carefully paced schedule makes room for activity, restorative practices, reflection, and rest.
Program elements are designed to reinforce one another and remain practical to continue after the visit.
Guests from the United States and around the world will follow one coordinated pathway — from initial program review through their stay in Virginia and continuation of their wellness plan at home.

What membership means
Membership identifies a person accepted into the Center’s program. Participation carries no obligation to purchase services or make a donation. The same principle applies to selected domestic and international members.
Selection and program suitability
NGB is developing a documented admissions framework and consistent review process for selecting members. Selection will consider the Institute’s mission, individual goals and circumstances, potential value of participation, program suitability, and the Center’s capacity to provide an appropriate experience.
The five-participant limit governs simultaneous attendance. Successive admissions can serve additional eligible members as resources and program capacity permit.
How the program is supported
Program costs are intended to be met through resources allocated to the Institute’s nonprofit mission.
Admissions will remain aligned with staffing, facilities, program capabilities, and available support.
Program oversight will connect nonprofit resources with the activities they support. Stewardship is directed toward responsible programming, individualized support, and continuity for each selected member.
A clear agreement before travel
Every accepted member will receive a written program outline identifying included program activities and arrangements.
Airfare, entry documentation, accompanying persons, outside professional services, and support after departure—including responsibility for related costs—will be addressed separately before travel.
